Moses assembled the entire congregation of the Israelis and told them, "These are the things that the LORD has commanded you to do:1And Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and said unto them, These are the words which the LORD hath commanded, that ye should do them.
For six days work is to be done, but on the seventh day you are to have a holy day, a Sabbath of complete rest in dedication to the LORD. Anyone who does work on that day is to be executed. 2Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.
You are not to light a fire in any of your dwellings on the Sabbath."3Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.

"'Let everyone who is skilled among you come and make everything that the LORD has commanded: 10And every wise hearted among you shall come, and make all that the LORD hath commanded;

Then the entire congregation of the Israelis withdrew from Moses' presence, 20And all the congregation of the children of Israel departed from the presence of Moses.
and every person whose heart moved him and all whose spirits prompted them, brought an offering to the LORD for constructing the Tent of Meeting, for all its service, and for the holy garments. 21And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and they brought the LORD'S offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.
Both the men and women came—all whose hearts prompted them—and brought brooches, earrings, rings, pendants, and all kinds of gold jewelry. Every person presented a wave offering of gold to the LORD. 22And they came, both men and women, as many as were willing hearted, and brought bracelets, and earrings, and rings, and tablets, all jewels of gold: and every man that offered offered an offering of gold unto the LORD.
Everyone who had blue, purple, and scarlet material, fine linen, goat hair, ram skins dyed red, and dolphin skins brought them. 23And every man, with whom was found blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair, and red skins of rams, and badgers' skins, brought them.
Everyone who could give an offering of silver and bronze brought it as a contribution for the LORD. Also all who had acacia wood for any use in the work brought it.24Every one that did offer an offering of silver and brass brought the LORD'S offering: and every man, with whom was found shittim wood for any work of the service, brought it.
Every skilled woman spun with her hands, and brought what she had spun: blue, purple, and scarlet material, and fine linen. 25And all the women that were wise hearted did spin with their hands, and brought that which they had spun, both of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, and of fine linen.
All the women who were skilled artisans spun the goat hair.26And all the women whose heart stirred them up in wisdom spun goats' hair.
The leaders brought onyx stones and stones to be set in the ephod and the breast piece, 27And the rulers brought onyx stones, and stones to be set, for the ephod, and for the breastplate;
spices and oil for the light and for the anointing oil and the aromatic incense. 28And spice, and oil for the light, and for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense.
Each Israeli man and woman whose heart was prompted brought something as a freewill offering to the LORD for all the work that the LORD had commanded them to do through Moses.29The children of Israel brought a willing offering unto the LORD, every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all manner of work, which the LORD had commanded to be made by the hand of Moses.
Moses told the Israelis, "Look, the LORD has called Uri's son Bezalel, grandson of Hur, from the tribe of Judah, 30And Moses said unto the children of Israel, See, the LORD hath called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah;
and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, and with knowledge of all kinds of work, 31And he hath filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship;
to make artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze, 32And to devise curious works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,
to cut stones for setting, to carve wood, and to engage in all kinds of artistic work. 33And in the cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of wood, to make any manner of cunning work.
And he has given both him and Ahisamach's son Oholiab from the tribe of Dan the ability to teach. 34And he hath put in his heart that he may teach, both he, and Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.
He has equipped them to do all kinds of work done by an engraver, designer, embroider in blue, purple and scarlet material and in fine linen, or as a weaver. They were able to do all kinds of work and were skilled designers. 35Them hath he filled with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work, of the engraver, and of the cunning workman, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in fine linen, and of the weaver, even of them that do any work, and of those that devise cunning work.
