Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.2He told them, "The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.
Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.3Now go; I'm sending you out like lambs among wolves.
Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.4Don't carry a money-bag, traveling bag, or sandals; don't greet anyone along the road.
And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.5Whatever house you enter, first say, 'Peace to this household.'
And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.6If a person of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you.
And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.7Remain in the same house, eating and drinking what they offer, for the worker is worthy of his wages. Don't move from house to house.
And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:8When you enter any town, and they welcome you, eat the things set before you.
And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.9Heal the sick who are there, and tell them, 'The kingdom of God has come near you.'
But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,10When you enter any town, and they don't welcome you, go out into its streets and say,
Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.11'We are wiping off even the dust of your town that clings to our feet as a witness against you. Know this for certain: The kingdom of God has come near.'
But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.12I tell you, on that day it will be more tolerable for Sodom than for that town.
Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.13"Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.14But it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment than for you.

He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.16Whoever listens to you listens to me. Whoever rejects you rejects me. And whoever rejects me rejects the one who sent me."
And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.17The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name."
And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.18He said to them, "I watched Satan fall from heaven like lightning.
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.19Look, I have given you the authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy; nothing at all will harm you.
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.20However, don't rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven."
In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.21At that time he rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, because this was your good pleasure.
All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.22All things have been entrusted to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal him."
And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:23Then turning to his disciples he said privately, "Blessed are the eyes that see the things you see!
For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.24For I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see the things you see but didn't see them; to hear the things you hear but didn't hear them."
And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?25Then an expert in the law stood up to test him, saying, "Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?"
He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?26"What is written in the law?" he asked him. "How do you read it?"
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.27He answered, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind;" and "your neighbor as yourself."
And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.28"You've answered correctly," he told him. "Do this and you will live."
But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?29But wanting to justify himself, he asked Jesus, "And who is my neighbor?"
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.30Jesus took up the question and said: "A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell into the hands of robbers. 35And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.35The next day he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper, and said, 'Take care of him. When I come back I'll reimburse you for whatever extra you spend.'

So tell her to give me a hand."
