Oh, give thanks to the LORD! Call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples!8“Give thanks to the LORD; call upon His name; make known His deeds among the nations.
Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works!9Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders.
Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the LORD!10Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face evermore!11Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.
Remember His marvelous works which He has done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth,12Remember the wonders He has done, His marvels, and the judgments He has pronounced,
O seed of Israel His servant, You children of Jacob, His chosen ones!13O offspring of His servant Israel, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.
He is the LORD our God; His judgments are in all the earth.14He is the LORD our God; His judgments carry throughout the earth.
Remember His covenant forever, The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations,15Remember His covenant forever, the word He ordained for a thousand generations—
The covenant which He made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac,16the covenant He made with Abraham, and the oath He swore to Isaac.
And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant,17He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:
Saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan As the allotment of your inheritance,”18‘I will give you the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance.’
When you were few in number, Indeed very few, and strangers in it.19When they were few in number, few indeed, and strangers in the land,
When they went from one nation to another, And from one kingdom to another people,20they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.
He permitted no man to do them wrong; Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes,21He let no man oppress them; He rebuked kings on their behalf:
Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.”22‘Do not touch My anointed ones! Do no harm to My prophets!’
Sing to the LORD, all the earth; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.23Sing to the LORD, all the earth. Proclaim His salvation day after day.
Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.24Declare His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all peoples.
For the LORD is great and greatly to be praised; He is also to be feared above all gods.25For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.
For all the gods of the peoples are idols, But the LORD made the heavens.26For all the gods of the nations are idols, but it is the LORD who made the heavens.
Honor and majesty are before Him; Strength and gladness are in His place.27Splendor and majesty are before Him; strength and joy fill His dwelling.
Give to the LORD, O families of the peoples, Give to the LORD glory and strength.28Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.
Give to the LORD the glory due His name; Bring an offering, and come before Him. Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness!29Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name; bring an offering and come before Him. Worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness;
Tremble before Him, all the earth. The world also is firmly established, It shall not be moved.30tremble before Him, all the earth. The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.
Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; And let them say among the nations, “The LORD reigns.”31Let the heavens be glad, and the earth rejoice. Let them say among the nations, ‘The LORD reigns!’
Let the sea roar, and all its fullness; Let the field rejoice, and all that is in it.32Let the sea resound, and all that fills it; let the fields exult, and all that is in them.
Then the trees of the woods shall rejoice before the LORD, For He is coming to judge the earth.33Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy before the LORD, for He is coming to judge the earth.
Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.34Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.
And say, “Save us, O God of our salvation; Gather us together, and deliver us from the Gentiles, To give thanks to Your holy name, To triumph in Your praise.”35Then cry out: ‘Save us, O God of our salvation; gather and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise.’
Blessed be the LORD God of Israel From everlasting to everlasting! And all the people said, “Amen!” and praised the LORD.36Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting.” Then all the people said, “Amen!” and “Praise the LORD!”

to offer burnt offerings to the LORD on the altar of burnt offering regularly morning and evening, and to do according to all that is written in the Law of the LORD which He commanded Israel;40to regularly present burnt offerings to the LORD on the altar of burnt offerings, morning and evening, according to all that was written in the Law of the LORD, which He had commanded Israel to keep.
and with them Heman and Jeduthun and the rest who were chosen, who were designated by name, to give thanks to the LORD, because His mercy endures forever;41With them were Heman, Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen and designated by name to give thanks to the LORD, for “His loving devotion endures forever.”
and with them Heman and Jeduthun, to sound aloud with trumpets and cymbals and the musical instruments of God. Now the sons of Jeduthun were gatekeepers.42Heman and Jeduthun had with them trumpets and cymbals for the music and instruments for the songs of God. And the sons of Jeduthun were stationed at the gate.
Then all the people departed, every man to his house; and David returned to bless his house.43Then all the people departed for their homes, and David returned home to bless his household.
