For I have endured scorn for Your sake, and shame has covered my face.

1 Corinthians 13:7

To those who by perseverance in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, He will give eternal life.
Romans 5:3, 4
Not only that, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; . . .
But if we hope for what we do not yet see, we wait for it patiently.
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, persistent in prayer.
Romans 15:4, 5
For everything that was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have hope. . . .
being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have full endurance and patience, and joyfully
2 Thessalonians 3:5
May the Lord direct your hearts into God's love and Christ's perseverance.
Hebrews 6:12, 15
Then you will not be sluggish, but will imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised. . . .
You need to persevere, so that after you have done God's will, you will receive what He has promised.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off every encumbrance and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with endurance the race set out for us.
James 1:3, 4
because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. . . .
Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer awaits the precious fruit of the soil--how patient he is for the fall and spring rains. . . .
2 Peter 1:6
and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness;

God is not unjust. He will not forget your work and the love you have shown for His name as you have ministered to the saints and continue to do so.
Then Jesus told them a parable about their need to pray at all times and not lose heart:
2 Corinthians 4:1, 16
Therefore, since we have this ministry through the mercy of God, we do not lose heart. . . .
Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due time we will reap a harvest, if we do not give up.
2 Thessalonians 3:13
But as for you, brothers, do not grow weary in well-doing.
Consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. . . .
