NLT Parallel BSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New Living TranslationBerean Study Bible
Bend down, O LORD, and hear my prayer; answer me, for I need your help.1A prayer of David. Incline Your ear, O LORD, and answer me, for I am poor and needy.
Protect me, for I am devoted to you. Save me, for I serve you and trust you. You are my God.2Preserve my soul, for I am godly. You are my God; save Your servant who trusts in You.
Be merciful to me, O Lord, for I am calling on you constantly.3Be merciful to me, O Lord, for I call to You all day long.
Give me happiness, O Lord, for I give myself to you.4Bring joy to Your servant, for to You, O Lord, I lift up my soul.
O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help.5For You, O Lord, are kind and forgiving, rich in loving devotion to all who call on You.
Listen closely to my prayer, O LORD; hear my urgent cry.6Hear my prayer, O LORD, and attend to my plea for mercy.
I will call to you whenever I’m in trouble, and you will answer me.7In the day of my distress I call on You, because You answer me.
No pagan god is like you, O Lord. None can do what you do!8O Lord, there is none like You among the gods, nor any works like Yours.
All the nations you made will come and bow before you, Lord; they will praise your holy name.9All the nations You have made will come and bow before You, O Lord, and they will glorify Your name.
For you are great and perform wonderful deeds. You alone are God.10For You are great and perform wonders; You alone are God.
Teach me your ways, O LORD, that I may live according to your truth! Grant me purity of heart, so that I may honor you.11Teach me Your way, O LORD, that I may walk in Your truth. Give me an undivided heart, that I may fear Your name.
With all my heart I will praise you, O Lord my God. I will give glory to your name forever,12I will praise You, O Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify Your name forever.
for your love for me is very great. You have rescued me from the depths of death.13For great is Your loving devotion to me; You have delivered me from the depths of Sheol.
O God, insolent people rise up against me; a violent gang is trying to kill me. You mean nothing to them.14The arrogant rise against me, O God; a band of ruthless men seeks my life, with no regard for You.
But you, O Lord, are a God of compassion and mercy, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness.15But You, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion and faithfulness.
Look down and have mercy on me. Give your strength to your servant; save me, the son of your servant.16Turn to me and have mercy; grant Your strength to Your servant; save the son of Your maidservant.
Send me a sign of your favor. Then those who hate me will be put to shame, for you, O LORD, help and comfort me.17Show me a sign of Your goodness, that my enemies may see and be ashamed; for You, O LORD, have helped me and comforted me.
