Isaiah 14:30
Good News Translation
The LORD will be a shepherd to the poor of his people and will let them live in safety. But he will send a terrible famine on you Philistines, and it will not leave any of you alive.

The firstborn of the poor will graze, and the needy lie down in safety; but I will make your root die of famine, and your remnant I will kill.

The poor and needy will find pastures for their sheep and will live in safety. But I will starve some of you, and others will be killed.
