Leviticus 4:13
Good News Translation
If it is the whole community of Israel that sins and becomes guilty of breaking one of the LORD's commands without intending to,

If the whole congregation of Israel errs unintentionally and the matter escapes the notice of the assembly, and they do any one of the things that by the LORD’s commandments ought not to be done and incur guilt;

Contemporary English Version
When the nation of Israel disobeys me without meaning to, the whole nation is still guilty.

If the whole community of Israel errs inadvertently and without even being aware of it violates any of the LORD’s prohibitions, and thus are guilty,
