| 1When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come on you and you take them to heart wherever the LORD your God disperses you among the nations, | 1When all these things happen to you--the blessings and curses I have set before you--and you come to your senses while you are in all the nations where the LORD your God has driven you, |
| 2and when you and your children return to the LORD your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today, | 2and you and your children return to the LORD your God and obey Him with all your heart and all your soul by doing everything I am giving you today, |
| 3then the LORD your God will restore your fortunes and have compassion on you and gather you again from all the nations where he scattered you. | 3then He will restore your fortunes, have compassion on you, and gather you again from all the peoples where the LORD your God has scattered you. |
