Leviticus 23:2
"Speak to the Israelites and say to them, 'These are My appointed feasts, the feasts of the LORD that you will proclaim as sacred assemblies.

Leviticus 23:4
These are the LORD's appointed feasts, the sacred assemblies you are to proclaim at their appointed times.

Deuteronomy 17:8
If a case is too difficult for you to judge, whether the controversy within your gates is regarding bloodshed, lawsuits, or assaults, you must go up to the place the LORD your God will choose.
