1O LORD, how long will you forget me? Forever? How long will you look the other way?1לַמְנַצֵּ֗חַ מִזְמ֥וֹר לְדָוִֽד׃ עַד־ אָ֣נָה יְ֭הוָה תִּשְׁכָּחֵ֣נִי נֶ֑צַח עַד־ אָ֓נָה ׀ תַּסְתִּ֖יר אֶת־ פָּנֶ֣יךָ מִמֶּֽנִּי׃
2How long must I struggle with anguish in my soul, with sorrow in my heart every day? How long will my enemy have the upper hand?2עַד־ אָ֨נָה אָשִׁ֪ית עֵצ֡וֹת בְּנַפְשִׁ֗י יָג֣וֹן בִּלְבָבִ֣י יוֹמָ֑ם עַד־ אָ֓נָה ׀ יָר֖וּם אֹיְבִ֣י עָלָֽי׃
3Turn and answer me, O LORD my God! Restore the sparkle to my eyes, or I will die.3הַבִּ֣יטָֽה עֲ֭נֵנִי יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהָ֑י הָאִ֥ירָה עֵ֝ינַ֗י פֶּן־ אִישַׁ֥ן הַמָּֽוֶת׃
4Don’t let my enemies gloat, saying, “We have defeated him!” Don’t let them rejoice at my downfall.4פֶּן־ יֹאמַ֣ר אֹיְבִ֣י יְכָלְתִּ֑יו צָרַ֥י יָ֝גִ֗ילוּ כִּ֣י אֶמּֽוֹט׃
5But I trust in your unfailing love. I will rejoice because you have rescued me.5וַאֲנִ֤י ׀ בְּחַסְדְּךָ֣ בָטַחְתִּי֮ יָ֤גֵ֥ל לִבִּ֗י בִּֽישׁוּעָ֫תֶ֥ךָ
6I will sing to the LORD because he is good to me.6אָשִׁ֥ירָה לַיהוָ֑ה כִּ֖י גָמַ֣ל עָלָֽי׃
