Psalm 91:16 gathers every preceding promise into a single sentence. God pledges a life span sufficient to fulfill His purpose, a heart satisfied by His goodness, an unfolding revelation of His protective care, and the ultimate unveiling of His saving power. The believer who abides in the Almighty’s shadow can rest assured that both time and eternity are safely held in God’s faithful hands.
