All my enemies, and especially my neighbors, treat me with contempt. Those who know me are afraid of me; when they see me in the street, they run away.

I am the scorn of all my adversaries, a horror to my neighbors, an object of dread to my acquaintances; those who see me in the street flee from me.

My enemies insult me. Neighbors are even worse, and I disgust my friends. People meet me on the street, and they turn and run.
