24 Καὶ (And) ἐξελθοῦσα (having gone out) εἶπεν (she said) τῇ (to the) μητρὶ (mother) αὐτῆς (of her)· Τί (What) αἰτήσωμαι (shall I ask)?

26 Καὶ (And) περίλυπος (very sorrowful) γενόμενος (having been made) ὁ (the) βασιλεὺς (king) διὰ (because of) τοὺς (the) ὅρκους (oaths) καὶ (and) τοὺς (those) ἀνακειμένους (reclining) οὐκ (not) ἠθέλησεν (wanted) ἀθετῆσαι (to set aside) αὐτήν (her).

37 Ὁ (-) δὲ (But) ἀποκριθεὶς (answering) εἶπεν (He said) αὐτοῖς (to them)· Δότε (Give) αὐτοῖς (to them) ὑμεῖς (you⁺) φαγεῖν (to eat).
Καὶ (And) λέγουσιν (they say) αὐτῷ (to Him)· Ἀπελθόντες (Having gone away) ἀγοράσωμεν (shall we buy) δηναρίων (denarii) διακοσίων (two hundred) ἄρτους (of loaves), καὶ (and) δώσομεν (give) αὐτοῖς (them) φαγεῖν (to eat)?
38 Ὁ (-) δὲ (And) λέγει (He says) αὐτοῖς (to them)· Πόσους (How many) ἄρτους (loaves) ἔχετε (do you⁺ have)? ὑπάγετε (Go) ἴδετε (see).
